For this recipe:

• 4 lemons
• 1 small glass of sugar (according to taste)
• 1 litre water
• 2 tbsp orange blossom water by Terroirs du Liban

To prepare the Lebanese-style lemonade, start by rinsing the lemons and cutting them into large pieces. Mix the lemon pieces with sugar in a bowl and combine well to dissolve the sugar. In another bowl filled with water, place the lemon peels and let them soak. Drain the lemon juice and sugar mix to remove the seeds and other residues, pour into a pitcher then add the water from the lemon peels and the orange blossom water. Stir well and serve chilled.
