With a powerful bitterness, this chocolate de couverture noir in pistoles Origin Ecuador offers a long and fruity finish, with woody aromatic notes.
In the Ecuadorian highlands, an exceptional Forastero is grown, renowned for the finesse of its aromas.
This Arriba variety cocoa (from the Spanish "highest") benefits from a unique climate and geology, which provide it with the ideal characteristics for the elaboration of an intense dark chocolate.
Ideal for chocolate making (ganache, moulding, coating), pastry (ganache, biscuit, mousse, decoration), ice cream (sauce, ice cream and sorbets).
The size of the "Pistols" (+/- 2g) makes your life easier for practical and precise dosing faster melting for simplified crystallization.
After use, a simple gesture to close the bag, the product is safe and does not suffer any alteration.
