The Galaxie milk chocolate couverture is a unique blend of four of the finest cocoa beans.
It has fresh, milky notes with a light bitterness and a long finish.
Easy to work thanks to a great fluidity, it is the perfect couverture for many applications such as ganache, mousse, enrobing, moulding, etc.

Cocoa content: 41% minimum
Ingredients: sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, cocoa beans, emulsifier: non-GMO soy lecithin, vanilla.
Best before date: 24 months from production date
