The pistoles (also called fondettes) used for the production of Altara dark chocolate give a unique, balanced taste with melted tannins which creates an exceptional chocolate.
The fluidity of the fondettes and the powerful taste of Altara 63% offer rare ease of use.
Altara will be perfect for a ganache, ice cream, moulding or coating.
Product without gluten, GMOs or palm oil.

• Storage method: In a dry place (humidity level below 60%). Temperature between 16°C and 18°C. Protect from light and odours.
• Cocoa content: 63% minimum
• Ingredients: sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract.
