Since 2004, the Ercus workshop has been offering an original range of small sugar cubes in various shapes - clouds, stars, teddy bears, flowers... - which are adapted to the seasons and key occasions throughout the year.

• Storage: the sugar has an indefinite shelf life when stored away from light and moisture
• Net weight: 35 g (each 'angel' weighs approximately 4 g; an average/standard sugar cube weighs 6 g)
