Water-soluble pink natural colouring powder for pastry preparations, confectionery, ice cream, fruit and vegetable preparations.
Sosa developed a range of highly effective natural colouring powders to add beaufiful colours to your recipes while using very little colouring.

Applications :
Recommended quantity: 5g/kg or 0.5-5g/kg for ice cream
For preparations with low pH.
