This spray gives a unique velvety finish to your frozen cakes and desserts.
Food-grade spray made from cocoa butter.
Easy to use, this spray ensures best results when used between 20 and 25°C. Leave at room temperature for at least 2 hours before use.

This spray bottle is extremely inflammable. Do not heat the bottle in a bain-marie, as the bottle might explode under the influence of heat.
For optimal results, apply to frozen cakes as soon as you take them out of the freezer. Shake and apply a thin coat from a distance of 25/30cm.

Note: May have an adverse effect on activity and attention in some children.
