Pavoni

Crafted from platinum silicone, Pavoni's Pavoflex® line offers reliable, high-performance flexibility for professional kitchens.
This mould features 15 cavities shaped like realistic figs, ideal for crafting eye-catching individual desserts!

Resistant to temperatures between -40°C and +250°C, this mould transitions from blast chillers and freezers directly to ovens for sweet or savoury mousses, entremets, jellies, and sponges.

Its smooth interior ensures clean detail reproduction, while flexible non-stick silicone enables quick unmoulding without greasing. Simply clean with warm water, mild soap, and a non-abrasive sponge.
