The 15 Mini Swirl silicone mould by Silikomart offers a unique shape for elegant individual desserts.
Use in association with the 6 Mini Swirl mould to create a beautiful multi-flavour plated dessert.
No greasing needed.
Made of 100% platinum liquid silicone, the 15 mini swirl mould can be used in the freezer, fridge, oven and microwave.

Recipe suggestion:
Prepare a whipped cream with the flavouring of your choice and pipe into the cavities of the 15 mini swirl mould.
Fill the cavities halfway up. With a palette knife, create a volcano shape, so that the cream goes all the way up the rim.
Add a small fruit in the centre, then fill the cavity with whipped cream.
Even the surface with the spatula, cover with cling film and store in the freezer.
Release from the mould while frozen and serve the whipped cream swirls on top of a disc of sweet shortcrust pastry.
