The Lampone silicone mould can be used to make 12 raspberry-shaped desserts.
An ideal mould design, created through a collaboration between Pavoni and Fabrizio Fiorani.

Made from platinum silicone, the flexibility of this material makes it easy to remove the desserts from the mould.
Robust, it can withstand temperatures ranging from -40 to 250 degrees.
This silicone mould is dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.
It can be used to make 12 desserts measuring 6.5 x 5.8 x 5.4 cm (height).
