The Passion Pavoni mould can be used to make 11 small heart-shaped desserts measuring 5.2 x 4.8 x 3 cm (height).

Made from platinum silicone, this flexible material makes it easy to remove the desserts from the mould.
It is robust and can withstand temperatures ranging from -40 to 250 degrees.
This silicone mould is dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.

Desserts made using this mould can also be decorated with velvet effect sprays for a stunning finish. A shiny glaze is also ideal.
