Made from flexible silicone, this Silikomart Naturae mould features 12 chilli-shaped cavities designed for creative "trompe l'oeil" preparations.
Suitable for mousses, creams, whipped fillings, sauces, and jellies, it withstands temperatures from -40°C to +250°C for use in both ovens and freezers.
Freezing before demoulding is recommended for optimal results. The non-stick material ensures an easy release without greasing.

Best used in combination with a stainless steel rack or perforated baking sheet.

Clean with warm water, mild soap, and a non-abrasive sponge
