Flexible silicone mould, 14 ginkgo-leaves shaped cavities.
Silikomart's Naturae range of moulds provides original, creative "trompe l'oeil" and can be used in the following ways:
Whipped creams, creams, mousses, sauces, jellied preparations. For optimal results, freeze the preparation before releasing from the mould. Not suitable for chocolate (too fragile).

Temperature range from -40°C to +250°C, making these moulds suitable for use in the freezer or in the oven.
The non-stick material ensures an easy release.

Moulds to be used on stainless steel grid or perforated plate.
