Description

The mini Alice mould by Decora is perfect for creating individual desserts.
This die-cast aluminium mould boasts exceptional durability,
complemented by a non-stick coating for enhanced usability.
Ideal for both sweet and savoury recipes...
Associate with other individual moulds from the Decora range (mini Beatrice, mini Gaia or mini Carol) for a beautiful dessert arrangement.

Uses:
Perfect for the preparation of yoghurt cakes, sponge cakes, or hazelnut cakes.
After releasing from the mould, decorate with icing sugar, fruit, chocolate chips, or other toppings.
If you're making a bavarois or a savoury cake, you will need to add a few sprigs of fresh herbs or a spiced whipped cream to the centre of the cake.

  • Usage instructions: oven-safe up to 220°C
  • Care instructions: hand wash only, do not use abrasive sponges, not suitable for the dishwasher, dry thoroughly.

Strawberry mousse recipe (serves 4):
20cl whipping cream
200g strawberries
3 gelatine sheets
30g sugar
Mix the strawberries with the sugar.
Whip the cream until stiff and set it aside in the fridge.
Rehydrate gelatine by placing it in a bowl of water.
Heat the strawberry coulis and add the drained gelatine.
Gently fold the coulis mixture into the whipped cream.
Place the resulting mixture in the Decora mini Alice mould and chill it in the fridge for at least 2 to 3 hours (ideally, prepare this recipe the day before).
Before serving, decorate with a few fresh strawberries in the centre of the cake or a dollop of whipped cream.
