This Silikomart stencil allows you to create a pretty ray pattern on galettes.
Simply place it under the galette before baking so that the rays mark the puff pastry and appear in relief, very clearly, on the baked galette.

Made from 100% platinum silicone, this stencil can withstand temperatures ranging from -60°C to +230°C. No greasing is required for removal.
