The foldable grid creates a second level in the proofing chamber, ideally designed to accommodate two baking sheets or four bread molds.

This accessory allows doubling the capacity of your fermentation chamber.

It can accommodate baking sheets with dimensions equal to or less than 37.7 x 30.5 cm.

The molds should have a height of approximately 7.6 cm, allowing for a maximum elevation of bread of 10.2 cm.

It is equipped with folding legs, facilitating storage.

Made of stainless steel, this accessory can be cleaned in the dishwasher and can also be used as a cooling grid.
