  • liquid
  • stew base
  • flour

Method for To bind using roasted flour:

Prepare all the ingredients

Method 1: Roast the flour in warm oven so that starch particules explode.

Bind by adding the roasted flour diluted with little water or juice (same technique as the binding using starch) to the warm liquid.

Method 2: Sprinkle the stew base with uncooked flour.

Roast in warm oven so that the starch particules explode.

Add gradually the warm liquid by stirring.
