Method: Ready to use. Melt and heat up to 45-50°C over a bain-marie or in the microwave (defrost mode).
Pour over a frozen cake (make sure there is no frost) and even the surface with a spatula. To avoid condensation on the icing, take the frozen entremets a few minutes before pouring the glaze. Suitable for freezing.
