How does Rapid'Infusion work ?
This technology combines the use of the Rapid'Infusion accessory with the Gourmet Whip siphon.
It retains all the flavour and aroma of the ingredients as it does not use heat.
N2O is released from the charger in the iSi whipper where the N2O and the liquid are subjected in the pores of the flavouring substance. When the pressure is released, the N2O forms bubbles and absorbs the flavour of the ingredient. The flavour is therefore transferred into the liquid. oil, vinegar, or alcoholic beverages can be flavoured with herbs, spices, or fruits.
Suitable for use with the ISI Gourmet Whip 50 cl and 100 cl, or the ISI Thermo Whip whippers, ISI Rapid'Infusion accessories release pressure easily, and collect the mousse or liquids in a container.
