The 'type K' or 'thermocouple' thermometer is equipped with a sensor with two different metals that measure the voltage produced between these two sensors, which is then converted into a temperature value.
It is more accurate than a conventional thermometer.

Can be used with the vacuum probe sold separately.

Other probes are available on request:

• surface/air/gas probe - 65 to +500°C
• surface/air/gas probe - 65 to +900°C
• immersion probe - 65 to +1000°C
• piercing probe - 200 to +800°C
• immersion probe +200 to +1150°C

• Accuracy ± 1°C.
• Display resolution: 0.1° or 1°.
• Reading in °C or °F.
• IP65 waterproof housing.
• Automatic shut-off after 15 seconds.
• Operates with 1 CR2032 battery.
