The blade of the forged knife is made by repeated hammering out of a metal component called "crampon".
The bloster (the metal part between the blade and the handle) quarantees the solidity of the knife and gives it a traditional, highly professional appearance.
Stainless steel, forged bolster, black plastic dishwasher safe handle, 3 aluminium rivets.
