The "Kuro" frying pan from Beka completes the Yakuro range, and already adapts to future regulations in terms of materials for kitchen utensils. Still made of aluminum, an excellent conductor of heat, but coated with black ceramic reinforced with Titanium, it is guaranteed 100% PFAS-free.
Very little fat is needed, nothing sticks and everything becomes easy.
Its insulating black bakelite handle and its lightness make it a pleasant utensil to use on a daily basis.

To prevent premature wear of the coating and extend the life of your pans:

• use Exoglass® utensils and avoid stainless steel utensils
• do not cut directly in the pan
• do not overheat when empty
• do not use an abrasive sponge
• for storage, use protective felt between each pan so as not to scratch them.

This pan is compatible with all heat sources including induction.
