The Beka Stark Frying Pan is a return to basics for cooking enthusiasts looking for quality and durability.
Its design in pure unenamelled cast iron makes it robust and allows healthy cooking.
It has already been seasoned which allows it to be used immediately.
Using it regularly for frying will strengthen its natural patina over time, and therefore its natural non-stick layer.
In addition, cast iron is lighter than cast steel, which makes the Beka Stark frying pan more manageable.
Its stainless steel handle will keep its beautiful appearance and stay cold while cooking.

To prevent premature wear of the coating and extend the life of your pans:

• use Exoglass® utensils and avoid stainless steel utensils
• do not cut directly in the pan
• do not overheat when empty
• do not use an abrasive sponge
• for storage, use protective felt between each pan so as not to scratch them.

This pan is compatible with all heat sources including induction and BBQ.
