The Plume casserole dish, made from recycled aluminium by Beka, is up to 70% lighter than traditional cast iron casserole dishes.
It is practical, attractive and, above all, effective for preparing everyday meals, while preserving the nutritional qualities of the food.
Heat is distributed quickly and evenly.
Small spikes under the lid ensure that food remains moist during cooking.
The ceramic interior coating, which meets future standards for cookware and is 100% PFAS-free, is equally effective and easy to maintain.
The lid handle is heat-resistant, making this Plume casserole dish suitable for all hobs, including induction, and for use in the oven (max 200°C).
It comes with two silicone handles for added comfort and safety.

Tips for use:

• As cast aluminium is an excellent heat conductor, cooking on a low or medium heat is sufficient.
• Do not overheat when empty! Preheat the casserole dish and cook at 2/3 of the hob's maximum power, for example: if the hob goes up to 12, do not go above 8.
• If there are any stuck-on residues, soak the casserole dish in hot soapy water to soften the grease and scrub with a non-abrasive sponge. Hand washing is recommended.
• Do not cut inside the casserole dish.
• Use Exoglass® spatulas, which do not damage the coating.
