This is great ingredient to sprinkle as a spice to season your ingredients or dissolved in water to make a soup or sauce.
This miso powder allows you to make up to 25 portions of soup or sauce. Mix 10 grams of powder with 200 ml of simmering water and combine. Set aside for 1 minute before use.
Chef Philippe's tip: I like sprinkling miso powder over fish, or poaching seafood in miso broth.
Store in a dry, cool room (about 15°C) in the original package.
