An exceptional white pepper found in north-eastern Madagascar.
Harvested and sorted entirely by hand, this white pepper is naturally dried in a small farm alongside the Masoala national park.
We absolutely loved the aromatic profile of this pepper and our supplier bought the entire harvest.
More subtle than the black version with a fresh, floral profile, a long taste on the palate and a moderate intensity, the Antalaha white pepper pairs well with white meat such veal and pork, seafood and vegetables.
In pastry, this pepper is great addition to chocolate and fruit tarts.
