The Muntok white pepper is harvested by hand on the Indonesian island of Bangka.
It develops fragrant notes of tropical earth,
then reveals a mild heat towards the end.
This white pepper pairs well with white meat such as veal, fish and seafood.
In sweet recipes, it is a great addition to citrus and other fruits such as pineapple or pear.
