Description

Croxetti or corzetti are a typical pasta from Liguria: they are hand made and marked with a stamp one by one.
Traditionally served with pesto or simply with olive oil and fresh or sun-dried tomatoes.
Strain the croxetti pasta, then add the sauce immediately so the pasta don't stick together.

  • Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, spring water
  • Best before date: 18 months from production date

Historically, croxetti pasta dates back to the Middle Ages. Noble families had their cooks stamp the pasta circles with a mould that depicted their coat of arms. This stamp was handed down from generation to generation and was a common gift to newlyweds.
