Cinnamon is a spice made from the inner bark of cinnamon tree native to China, Sri Lanka (formerly Ceylon) or Madagascar. We believe that a cinnamon has stimulating and anti-inflammatory properties. Its mild flavour can make it a sugar substitute in some desserts.
