A wholesome blend with a distinct natural pistachio flavour.
It has been designed to deliver consistent results in terms of texture, colour and flavour, even in the most demanding recipes.
Its smooth, fine texture allows for quick incorporation into ganaches, ice cream mixtures or fillings, with perfect dispersion, even in fatty or dairy-based mixtures.
The recommended dosage is 60 to 90 g per 1 kg of final product.
