Recipe for porcini mushrooms with chestnuts (serves 4):

First prepare the porcini mushrooms by cleaning them before cutting them into pieces. Heat a knob of butter and add the lemon juice before immersing the porcini mushrooms.
Cook covered for ten minutes.
Add the liquid cream, the chestnut paste with the cooking juices and let reduce slowly before seasoning.
Your sauce is ready.
