This marble cake mix allows you to easily reproduce Chef Philippe's failproof recipe at home.

This chocolate marble cake recipe by Chef Philippe is an all-time favourite for children of all ages.
Manufactured in our laboratory in the Basque country, France, this marble cake mix is made of healthy, quality ingredients.
This recipe has an intense chocolate flavour with the perfect balance of sweetness and acidity.
Thanks to this instant mix, preparing a delicious afternoon treat is easy as a breeze.

Instructions:
1. Pour the contents of bag number 1 in a bowl.
2. Add the eggs at room temperature, the whipping cream and melted butter (warm or at room temperature).
3. Divide the batter into two equal portions. Add the cocoa powder to one of the bowls and combine with a whisk.
4. Transfer both preparations into piping bags and pipe them at the same time in a greased cake mould (22cm).
5. Give a couple of twirls to the preparation with a knife.
6. Bake in a fan-assisted oven preheated to 150°C (gas 2) for 50 minutes.
7. Take the cake out of the oven and leave to cool for 5 minutes then release from the mould onto a cooling rack.
8. Set aside to cool.
