Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (gas 6).
2. Pour the mix into a bowl.
3. Add the whole egg and softened butter.
4. Work the ingredients with your fingers or in a stand mixer with the flat beater until homogeneous.
5. Shape the dough into balls of 30g and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with a silicone mat.
6. Bake in a fan-assisted oven at 180°C (gas 6) for 12 minutes. Leave to cool and enjoy.
