'L'Indomptable' spiced apple balsamic vinegar is a burst of flavour to be discovered, perfect for enhancing sweet or savoury dishes and adding maximum character and indulgence!
A blend of concentrated apple must, cider vinegar and spices, slowly reduced in a cauldron for a month.
Ginger, cardamom, five-spice, juniper berries and chilli delightfully enhance red meats, stews or roasted vegetables.
