This vinegar is produced from a double fermentation system (acetic and alcoholic) and aged in wooden barrels for 4 years. It is a blend of two grape varieties from the Modena region: Lambrusco and Trebbiano. This exceptionally rich and intense vinegar will pair well with salads, fruits such as melon and strawberries, and certain cheeses such as parmesan and goat's cheese.
