Crafted by Max Daumin, the Explosion pepper blend is a combination of organic black pepper from Madagascar and bird's eye chili. Despite its small size, the bird's eye chili is extremely spicy, rating between 8 and 9 on the Scoville scale. To balance this heat, organic coriander from Isère, France, is added to provide slightly lemony notes and attenuate the power of the blend. All ingredients are sourced from organic farming in France and Madagascar.
