These medium-sized noodles are produced by Belles d'Antan following traditional methods, including a slow drying process and the use of bronze molds. This craftsmanship, combined with high-quality French durum wheat and spring water, ensures a high level of digestibility.
Master Pasta Maker Patrick Cadix oversees the selection of wheat varieties to maintain the product's quality and texture.
Preparation:
Use a spacious pot with 1 liter of water for every 100 g of dry noodles (approximately 3 liters for 250 g). Add the noodles to boiling water and begin timing once the water returns to a boil. Drain and serve hot.
