This organic aged virgin olive oil is made from very green olives, which the team at Domaine Jolibois then left to ripen for a few days under strict and regular supervision.
The result is a very fruity oil with a rich flavour of tapenade, black olives and forest floor.
Its Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) Vallée des Baux-de-Provence guarantees its quality, origin and adherence to the production methods of this region of Provence.
It is ideal with mashed potatoes, fresh cheeses or fish, which it enhances wonderfully!
