Harvested from February to May, the morel - a small, cone-shaped brown mushroom with a honeycomb-like pattern - is a rare variety (it is not found everywhere), with a very subtle, slightly woody, nutty flavour.
Presented here in a grinder, it contains dried and crushed wild morels, ready to be used directly in cooking, as a sprinkling on hot dishes such as gratins, roasts and cheese...
Unlike whole morels, which need to be rehydrated, this format makes it easy to sprinkle over dishes. Simply grind the mushrooms directly over the dish to release their flavours!
