Plantin's dried mixed forest mushroom blend is a unique product that allows you to add all the rich flavour of wild mushrooms to your dishes in a single step, without the need for prior rehydration.

A delicious blend of yellow boletes, oyster mushrooms, black mushrooms and porcini, each contributing its own distinctive flavour profile. The yellow boletes offer sweet and slightly fruity notes, the oyster mushrooms a delicate texture and roundness, the black mushrooms a subtle woody touch, whilst the porcini mushrooms provide an intense and characteristic depth.
