An exquisite assortment of dehydrated mushrooms crafted by Délices des Bois in a 100g jar. These mushrooms undergo rigorous selection and dehydration to intensify their flavours and extend their shelf life. Through a simple and natural technique, you can now cook with wild mushrooms as if they were freshly picked! Enjoy the delightful blend of yellow boletes, black mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, and porcini mushrooms.

Begin by soaking the dried mushrooms in boiling water for 15 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Once rehydrated, drain and incorporate the mushrooms into all your favourite recipes: pasta dishes, risottos, omelettes, meat dishes, and vegetable sautés.

Recipe suggestion: Forest Mushroom Pork Tenderloin (serves 4):

  • 1 pork tenderloin
  • 100g mushroom mix
  • 200ml whipping cream
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Salt, pepper, parsley

Rehydrate the mushroom mix and cook the mushrooms with whipping cream, onion, garlic, and seasoning. Set aside. Slice the pork tenderloin and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Add the cream/mushroom mixture to the meat and serve hot with sautéed potatoes.
