The small chillies are hand-picked, then smoked over an oak wood fire before being ground to a powder.
Presented as Tadoka vanilla, the Norohy brand offers a completely different chili-based version to bring warm, smoky notes to culinary creations.
Smoked Tadoka goes particularly well with chocolate, tea, coffee, meats, vegetables, honey, caramel and pepper.

Applications:
The average dosage is 2 to 7 doses per kilo of preparation.
