A flavourful sibling to Tadoka Vanilla, this version is all about warmth and smokiness. It pairs beautifully with chocolate, tea, coffee, red meat, roasted vegetables, honey, caramel, and pepper.
Uses:

Melt in cream or milk, or grate directly into your dish.
