Spigol Spice & Saffron Mix

This spice and saffron powder mix is 100% natural, free of colourings and preservatives.
The Spigol spice mix will add a delicious flavour and a lovely colour to a large variety of dishes:

• Pasta, rice, potatoes, couscous: add the equivalent of 2 measuring spoons (i.e. 20ml) to 7 litres of boiling water.
• Stews, ragu: towards the start of cooking, dilute 2 measuring spoons (i.e. 20ml) to 7 litres of water or 3 kg of ingredients.
• Soups, sauces: towards the start of cooking, dilute 2 measuring spoons (i.e. 20ml) to 7 litres of soup or sauce (cream, wine).

Graduated measuring spoon included.
