Originating from Palestine, oregano has been harvested in south-eastern France since ancient history.
With a delicate flavour similar to its cousin marjoram, oregano is a great herb to have in your pantry.
It pairs really well with pizza, tomato sauce, cream cheese, salads but also meat such as pork, lamb or veal.
