The production of blueberry condiment is based on a short maturation process, which fully preserves the natural flavours of the fruit.
Blueberry juice concentrate, blueberry vinegar and a touch of cane sugar are carefully blended, then left to rest in stainless steel vats. This rapid process allows the flavours to develop harmoniously, without the use of additives, resulting in a condiment with a fruity and balanced taste.
Uses:
Blueberry condiment is used to deglaze a pan after cooking red meats such as duck or game.
It can also replace classic vinegar in a mixed salad, particularly with goat's cheese or walnuts.
A few drops on desserts (ice cream, panna cotta or fresh fruit) are enough to enhance their flavour thanks to its mild, fruity acidity.
