Peyrey's dried tomato petals with parsley are a delicious blend, ideal as an aperitif (with cheese, charcuterie or tapas) or to liven up cakes, omelettes, salads, pasta, risottos or grilled meats.

Perfectly balanced, it combines dried French tomato petals with fresh garlic and parsley.
The sweet taste of ripe tomatoes is enhanced by vegetal and slightly garlicky notes, for a balanced flavour that lingers on the palate.

Very easy to use, these dried tomato petals with parsley can be kept for 2 weeks in the fridge after opening, ideally in the oil in which they were prepared.
