Li Shu 64% dark chocolate, with a frank chocolate taste and vanilla notes and dried fruit aroma, is a real discovery.
Li Shu dark chocolate comes to us from Vietnam. The joint association between the Weiss chocolate factory and Viet cacao has made it possible to sponsor 2,500 cocoa seedlings.
The characteristic flavour of Li Shu 64% couverture chocolate makes it possible to create aromatic productions that stand out from the rest.
Chef Philippe recommends, among other things, this black couverture for ganache, mousses, decorations.
Product without gluten, GMOs or palm oil.

• Storage method: In a dry place (humidity level below 60%). Temperature between 16°C and 18°C. Protect from light and odours.
