A pure origin Côte d'Ivoire milk chocolate, not too sweet, with powerful notes of cocoa, a delicate bitterness and a subtle flavour of brown butter.

Applications:
Sioka milk chocolate can also be used in a wide variety of preparations: bars, ganaches, creams, coatings, mousses, ice creams and sorbets, and mouldings.
Tempering curve: Cast iron (45/50°C), Crystallization (27/28°C), Work T3 (29/30°C)
