Produced by Deremiens under the Mayata brand, this chocolate is a delightful surprise in both taste and performance.

Haiti may not be widely known for cocoa, but this chocolate stands out thanks to a small plantation dedicated to exceptional quality. Made from Trinitario hybrid beans with central fermentation, it is incredibly smooth, offering creamy notes balanced by fresh hints of grapefruit, citrus blossom, and delicate floral aromas.

Applications:
A versatile couverture perfect for pastry, chocolate, and ice cream creations. Its pellet format (+/- 1g) allows for practical, precise dosing and faster melting, ensuring simplified crystallisation.

• Ingredients: cocoa paste (beans from Haïti), sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, sunflower lecithin
• Cocoa content: 60% minimum
• Storage conditions: dry and cool room: maximum 70% humidity, temperature around 17-18°C.
